General Shareholders Meeting of the Black Sea Gateway Association

The general shareholders meeting (GSM) of the Black Sea Gateway took place on September 18, 2013. Romanian Black Sea Gateway Association is a non-profit business association that was created in early 2012 in order to promote Romania as an ideal destination for companies to locate their final production (customization) and assembling activities, serving the whole Central and Eastern Europe region and the countries in the Black Sea area.

The Association also aims at speeding up the Port of Constanta as the main Eastern gateway of the EU and Black Sea region for goods coming from and going to Asia and the Middle East.

It is open to all Romanian and foreign companies operating in Romania and involved in regular foreign trade activities, or that are transport and logistics operators.
